It has been revealed how people without a residence permit in Azerbaijan will use the SMS permission, head of State Migration Service Vusal Huseynov made a post on Facebook regarding this, APA reports.
V.Huseynov noted that one uses the registration number on the residence permit, if there is no such permit, at the place of residence, for SMS permission: “919 Call Service works in continuous and enhanced mode, however, if there is no special need, foreign citizens can get an SMS-permission number by contacting in the evening or at night. This number can also be easily obtained from the Service's website. So, if you have a problem with the number, you can find out by entering the date of birth and passport number on the website below.”
