State Migration Service of Azerbaijan appeals to foreigners and stateless persons

As it was mentioned in annoucements of the State Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan, taking into consideration the current situation due to the spread of coronavirus infection (COVID-19), applications of foreigners, who were registered upon place of stay within the country and whose staying period expired (and will expire) between March 16 – April 30, and could not leave the country due to the obvious reasons, have been considered accepted by the State Migration Service, Public Relations Department of the State Migration Service told APA.

The decisions on extension of the temporary staying period of persons from March 16, 2020 until March 31, 2020 have already been made. While decisions regarding persons whose temporary staying period expires until April 30, 2020 will be made in stages by the State Migration Service. Information about this will be available on the official website of the State Migration Service soon.

We, once again, notify that foreigners and stateless persons can obtain right to stay in the country based on decisions made only after the payment of the state fee (payment numbers with regard to state fees have already been posted on our website https://eservice.migration.gov.az/public/payments-search).
