TABIB: As CoronaVac vaccine against coronavirus is prepared in inactivated way, it is safer

“As CoronaVac coronavirus vaccine of Sinovac Biotech Company in Beijing is prepared in inactivated way, it is safer,” said today Ramin Bayramli, chairman of Board of Administration of Regional Medical Divisions (TABIB) at the press conference of the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers, APA reports.

He noted that we have been vaccinated with vaccines prepared in inactivated ways for a long time: “There is also infotmation regarding long-lasting results. Vaccines, prepared in inactivated way of which safety we believe in much more, are widely used today. Flu vaccines, rabies vaccines, hepatitis vaccines.”
