TABIB: If rules are not followed and infection cases increase, we will need to toughen quarantine regime

If Task Force adopts a decision regarding further toughening the quarantine regime we will announce it, said a member of the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan, head of Department of TABIB Yagut Garayeva at the press conference of the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan.

Everything depends on our statistics, at the same time people's behaviour. Even leaving home with SMS permission does not mean that you will not wear a face mask. A person can go to purchase food, this is normal, but he/she still wear a face mask and avoid crowded places. Even if we do not want to toughen the rules, If rules are not followed and infection cases increase, we will need to toughen the quarantine regime. But the Task Force of Azerbaijan will still make a decision in this regard.”
