Task Force lends clarity to whether or not wedding parties to be held
- 29 May 2020
The Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers has commented on whether or not the functioning of the wedding party halls will be resumed.
As far as the quarantine easing and movement freedom increased during the recent two-three days, the number of infections has also increased, said Ibrahim Mammadov, head of press service of the Cabinet of Ministers at the press conference organized by the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers today, APA reports.
On such a background, the implementation of the wedding parties and the commencement of functioning of the wedding party halls seem a bit problematic: "Everything depends on number of infections and our own social responsibility. Perhaps, if the number of infections wouldn’t increase, today, we would talk here rather about easing of quarantine. But infection of 230 people with this virus in one day is already a great number. The state has such a responsibility as to protect its citizens. Therefore, everything depends on the infection rate”.
