Head of Department of the TABIB Yagut Garayeva has commented on the resume of weddings with certain rules, experienced abroad, and movement among Baku and regions at the press conference of the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers, APA reports.
According to her, following every rule depends on citizen: "The more rules are restricted, the more psychological tension appears, it is impossible that a citizen leaves home with SMS permission and somebody watches her at the market. Society should press each-other, each control should not be expected from state body. As of the issue of weddings in other countries and movement among Baku and regions, we always keep contact with all countries. However, statistics should return to normal level, it means when the statistics is kept under control, these will be possible."
