“The second wave was expected to occur as a result of gradual softening of strict quarantine regime,” said Ramin Bayramli, Chairman of Board of Administration of Regional Medical Divisions (TABIB) at a press conference organized by the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers, APA reports.

R. Bayramli said today’s indicators give ground to say that no need to retighten quarantine regime yet: “Medical instructions regarding the resume of the metro have also been developed. Our hospitals are fully prepared, the supply issues have been resolved. However, it depends more on the responsibility of our citizens. Despite today, there is no need to tighten, tightening regarding the responsibility of our citizens may be applied in the future.”
