Temporary supplements defined to the salaries of medical workers providing outpatient care to COVID-19 patients in Baku

The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan has decided to define a temporary supplement to the salaries of the medical workers providing outpatient care to patients infected with a novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in special outpatient clinics established under the Baku Main Health Department, APA reports.

According to the decision, a temporary supplement to the salaries of the medical staff providing outpatient care to patients infected with a new type of coronavirus (COVID-19) in special outpatient clinics established under the Baku Main Health Department was set at 3 times the monthly salary.

Temporary supplements will be paid for the period from July 1 to October 1, 2020, in proportion to working hours.

Azerbaijan's Ministry of Health and State Agency for Compulsory Medical Insurance together with the Ministry of Finance must resolve other issues arising from this decision.
