Text of SMS message to be send to 8103 number disclosed

During the days of implementation of special quarantine regime, the information that will be reflected in the text of the SMS message sent to 8103 number has been disclosed, APA reports.

This is stipulated in the decision of the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers.

According to the decision, one of the below mentioned indexes and the information confirming the identity should be indicated in the SMS message:

Digit 1 – for leaving residential place and place of stay in connection with urgent medical necessity or undergoing treatment according to time schedule (such permission is given for the period of 2 (two) hours inside region and city, if necessary to travel between regions and cities, the distance between the address of stay and address of destination place, as well as the time of the treatment procedure is taken into consideration, the period of return is determined on the bases of the certificate issued by doctor which, if necessary, is presented to police officers);

Digit 2 – for leaving residential place and place of stay in connection with purchase of food and other everyday goods, medicinal preparations, the necessity of use of public services, banking and postal services, and other services rendered in the work and service areas whose further functioning is allowed, as well as spending of time in the open air (such permission is issued 1 time per day for the period of 2 (two) hours, the return period for the persons leaving their residential place and place of stay in connection with necessity of use of public services is determined by certificate issued by relevant state agency).
