A patient infected with COVID-19 was identified and detained in the Sabail district of the capital for leaving the quarantine zone, APA reports.
Hamid Mammadzadeh, 26, a resident of Bibiheybat settlement, has been treated at home due to the positive result of the COVID-19 infection test, Sabail police department told APA. Despite the established rules, he left his place of residence, was found in one of the markets.
A criminal case has been launched under Article 139-1 (violation of anti-epidemic, sanitary-hygienic or quarantine regimes) of the Criminal Code and the case is under investigation.
