The Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan is being amended in connection with the Day of Remembrance, APA reports.
The bill was included in the agenda of the meeting of the Labor and Social Policy Committee of the Milli Majlis to be held in a video conference tomorrow.
According to the proposed Article 106.1 of the Labor Code (Day of Remembrance in the Republic of Azerbaijan), September 27 will be the Day of Remembrance of the martyrs who died for the liberation of the occupied territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan - the Day of Remembrance in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
It should be noted that the bill was prepared in accordance with the decree of President Ilham Aliyev "On the establishment of the Day of Remembrance in the Republic of Azerbaijan" dated December 2, 2020.
