Those, who clearly make car speed racing on roads, can be administratively arrested for a month

Administrative imprisonment from 15 days to a month will be applied on those, who make a speed racing with participation of two or more mechanical transportation means clearly, APA reports citing an amendment suggested on the Code of Administrative Offenses.

According to the draft, auto-hooliganism cases and penalties applied in this regard are specialized.

According to the proposed amendment, for driving a motor vehicle by lifting one or more wheels off the road surface; due to the sudden acceleration of a motor vehicle due to the continuous friction of the tires on the road surface or the release of numerous tire tracks on the road surface; a fine in the amount of five hundred to seven hundred and fifty manats with restriction of the right to drive a vehicle for a period of one year is applied, or administrative detention for a period of fifteen days to one month, depending on the identity of the offender, depending on the circumstances of the case, with the right to drive a vehicle limited to one year.
