The weather is expected to be inconstantly cloudy and mainly dry in Baku and Absheron peninsula on February 13, and the cloud amount will increase in the evening, the National Hydrometeorology Department of Ministry of Ecology and National Resources told APA.
The north-west wind will be replaced with mild south-west wind in the daytime. The air temperature will be 0-3 degrees in the night, and 7-11 degrees in the daytime on Absheron peninsula, and 0-2 degrees in the night, and 9-11 degrees in the daytime in Baku.
The weather in regions of Azerbaijan on February 13 is expected to be mainly dry, but to be rainy in some places in the evening, and to be snowy in the mountainous territories. A fog will be observed in the night and morning hours, the west wind will intermittently intensify in some places.
The air temperature will change from 3 degrees of frost to 2 degrees of heat in the night, and 9-14 degrees of heat will be observed in the daytime, and the frost in the mountains will reach 7-12 degrees in the night and 0-5 degrees in the daytime.
Based on the medical and meteorological forecast, the weak fluctuation of meteorological factors is expected on Absheron peninsula on February 13 which is relatively favorable for the meteorologically sensitive people.
