National Television and Radio Council of Azerbaijan appeals President

National Television and Radio Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan has appealed to the President of the country regarding strengthen the material-technical base of the organization and to increase the number of staff employees of the Council, Chairman of NTRC Nushirevan Maharramli told APA TV.
According to him, there is a need to increase the number of employees of the Council in order to conduct more systematic monitoring in the television and radio field:” Sometimes we involve the employees of other departments for conducting monitoring. When NTRC started to operate, there were 5 nationwide broadcasters in the country, however, there are 12 now. Moreover, additional regional channels, cable TVs operate.”
