The weather in Azerbaijan from the afternoon of November 21 till the morning of 22 has been unstable, rain, snow fell in mountainous and foothill regions, intensified in some places, National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources told APA.
The minimum temperature of the weather was 9-15 degrees in mountainous areas.
At present, the temperature in Baku is 2 degrees lower than the climatic norm.
Unstable, rainy weather in the country will continue until the afternoon of November 23.
