“COVID certificates and negative PCR tests from citizens who travel, are among the requirements,” said First Deputy Minister of Health, Acting Minister of Health Teymur Musayev at the briefing held today, APA reports.

He expressed gratitude to citizens who actively join vaccination: “Omicron strain has already been detected and spread in the countries on the border with Azerbaijan. The arrival and spread of Omicron to Azerbaijan is an issue regarding time. If the strain is found in our country and starts to spread, we should resort to some prophylactic and restrictive measures.”
