Another group of family is planned to be relocated to Zangilan's Agahali by year-end

“We plan to relocate one more group of family to Aghali by the end of this year,” said the Special representative of the President of Azerbaijan in Zangilan district, which is part of Eastern Zangezur economic district Vahid Hajiyev in his interview with APA.

V. Hajiyev noted that according to the statistics, 1508 Aghali residents live in the various regions of Azerbaijan: “At least 1 350 of them expressed their intention to return. In the first stage construction of 200 houses is planned in Aghali village. After these are completed, as new houses are built, we will ensure the return of those people to Agalı. For instance, 200 houses were constructed and if additional 10 houses are built, we relocate residents to those 10 houses too. These processes are implemented in a phased manner, and this process will continue in the next months as well.”
