Azerbaijan repatriated 13 more people from Iraq and Syria

As a continuation of repatriation works by the Azerbaijani government, 13 more of our citizens have been repatriated from Iraq and Syria recently. 2 of them are women, and 11 are children, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection told APA.

11 repatriated people have been placed in social service institutions of the Social Services Agency under the Ministry, and 2 in a medical institution. Initial medical, social and psychological support has been provided to the repatriants.

In a next phase, social workers and psychologists of the agency will evaluate the socio-pshycological situation of the repatriated women and children. In accordance to the result, psychological support measures based on individual development programs will be carried out with every repatriants.
