Azerbaijani delegation participated in the opening ceremony of the China International Fair For Trade In Service (CIFTIS) and discussed the expansion of cooperation in meetings with the executives of China Energy International Group Co. Ltd., Wenzhou Nixin and Wontai Power companies, APA-Economics reports.
The Azerbaijani delegation led by Mikayil Jabbarov, Minister of Economy of Azerbaijan attended the opening ceremony of CIFTIS exhibition in Beijing. Leaders of China and other countries attended the event, where thousands of local and foreign companies displayed their services. Since 2019, Azerbaijan has been represented by a single country stand at CIFTIS.
The Azerbaijani delegation met with the executives of a number of Chinese companies. During the meetings, the importance of developing the mutual cooperation was emphasized, opportune business environment of Azerbaijan, conditions created for the investors, projects carried out in the field of alternative energy and perspective directions of the partnership were evaluated.
During the meeting with Lyu Zexiang, Chairman of China Energy International Group Co., Ltd, the parties were informed about the green energy potential of Azerbaijan and the projects implemented in this direction in the liberated territories. The Azerbaijani delegation got acquainted with the company’s activity. The parties discussed about cooperation in solar, wind, hydrogen energy and sea water desalination projects.
