"At present, the landmine is the biggest threat. It is impossible to do great work until the threat of mines is eliminated to some extent," said Emin Huseynov, Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the liberated territories of the Karabakh economic region (except the Shusha region) in his interview with APA.

The President's Special Representative noted that Armenia provided us with maps of some regions under pressure from the international community: “However, the practical significance of these maps is very low, and the accuracy is around 25%. Although the reliability of these maps is 25%, the scale of the maps covers only 5% of the liberated territories far. Since the signing of the trilateral statement, 224 people have been killed by landmines, there are dead, wounded, and disabled among them. 139 out of 224 people stepped on a mine in areas not covered by these mine maps
