Environmentally-oriented non-governmental organizations of Azerbaijan held an event related to the environmental terrorism committed by Armenians illegally settled in the territories of Azerbaijan in Lachin and surrounding areas, APA reports.
NGO representatives condemned the incident of environmental terrorism committed by Armenians in Lachin and the surrounding areas and said that all this is deliberate damage to the environment by burning our forest areas in the territory of Lachin. The participants noted that this process is a clear appearance of the attitude of Armenians, who have pathological hatred towards Azerbaijan and the Azerbaijani people, against nature, our natural resources, and the ecological environment.
The appeal states that the Republic of Azerbaijan is constantly working to protect the ecological balance and ensure that its citizens live in a healthy environment, and non-governmental organizations are closely involved in this process.
