Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan Sabina Aliyeva commented on the fact of destruction of graves belonging to Azerbaijanis by Armenia during the occupation in the Zangilan district, APA reports.

The Ombudsman said that "another video reflecting acts of vandalism committed by Armenia against Azerbaijanis was circulated on social networks. As it is seen from the video, graves in the cemetery where our compatriots are buried in the liberated Zangilan region were deliberately destroyed by Armenians, our grave monuments were made unrecognizable.

All these facts clearly prove that Armenia's military-political leadership was implementing a policy of hatred, hostility, intolerance and vandalism against Azerbaijan on ethnic and religious grounds for many years.
