"The recent research identified Azerbaijan's sensitivity index for climate change," said the head of the National Hydrometeorological Service Umayra Tagiyeva, APA reports.

According to her, the duration of the drought has increased, and the number of rainy days has increased:

"That is, it does not rain for a long time, and then when the monthly norm falls on the same day, it causes floods."
