"Coronavirus pandemic has dropped to the lowest level in Azerbaijan," said Director-General of the World Health Organization Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus at the opening of the IX Global Baku Forum on "Threats to the Global Order", APA reports.
"Population over 60 have almost been fully vaccinated. However, it is still difficult to say that we have defeated pandemic in the world. Aggressive mutations of the virus appear. One billion people in the world have not been vaccinated yet. We should also conduct researches on vaccinated population," noted Ghebreyesus.
