Delegation of South-Eastern and Eastern European Secretariat of the European Union (EU) Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) Risk Mitigation Centers of Excellence (CoE) has been on a visit to Azerbaijan, APA reports.
Within the framework of the visit, the delegation met with relevant experts in the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan (MES).
At the meeting, views were exchanged regarding the projects implemented by EU CBRN CoE and in which the MES participated, and other issues of mutual interest were discussed.
Within the framework of the visit, a seminar was held jointly organized by the MES and South-Eastern and Eastern European Secretariat of the CBRN Risk Mitigation Centers of Excellence.
Representatives of the Ministries of Emergency Situations, Foreign Affairs, Defense, Internal Affairs, Health, Ecology and Natural Resources, Agriculture, General Prosecutor's Office, State Customs Committee, State Border Service, Azerbaijani Management Union of Medical Territorial Units and Food Safety Agency took part in the seminar.
