There’s a concrete precondition from Azerbaijan’s side that every Armenian resident of Garabagh who wants to live in accordance with the Constitution and legislation of Azerbaijan, will be considered our citizen, Ulvi Mehdiyev, the chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ASAN Service) told APA.
He said that they will benefit from public services as Azerbaijani citizens: “They will use all rights. We think that when the time comes, ASAN Service will operate there.”
