Vehicles belonging to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) which made an unhindered passage through the road to Khankandi returned back to Lachin. 2 trucks and 5 passenegr vehicles of ICRC unimpededly passed to Khankandi.

7 trucks and 6 passenger vehicles belonging to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) made another unimpeded passage from Khankandi to Lachin through the road.
There were civilian Armenians in the vehicles.
