Karabakh Regional DOST Center commences its activities

Services to citizens have begun at the Karabakh Regional DOST Center located in the city of Barda, Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection announced, APA reports.

Noted that citizens can avail themselves of the center's services from 9:00 to 18:00 on weekdays.

At the Karabakh Regional DOST Center, services are provided to 159 directions based on the 'one window' principle in the fields of employment, labor, disability, and social protection. Today, services have been provided to 208 citizens at the Qarabagh Regional DOST Center.

The four-story building of the Center, opened recently with the participation of President Ilham Aliyev, meets the highest standards. There are 123 employees working here, and 50 volunteers are active in the 'Volunteer DOST' program. The center is designed to serve an average of 650-700 citizens per day.

The Karabakh Regional DOST Center covers 9 administrative districts within its jurisdiction. In total, it will provide services to more than 900,000 residents, including 170,000 individuals directly benefiting from social protection programs.
