Ambassador Rodrigo Labardini first arrived in Ganja to commemorate the memory of the civilians killed as a result of the Armenian terror.
Rodrigo Labardini laid flowers around the destroyed residential building as a sign of respect for the memory of the killed civilians.
The ambassador, who got acquainted with the traces of Armenia's war crimes, was informed that the Armenian armed forces, violating the norms and principles of international law, deliberately targeted the civilian population of Azerbaijan and fired heavy artillery at the settlements.
As a result of the Armenian war crime committed in Ganja, 26 people, including children, women, and the elderly, were killed, 175 people were injured, and numerous civil infrastructure facilities and vehicles were severely damaged.
