“Currently, more than 800 schools are in an emergency situation. It is impossible to repair them in the same year,” said Azerbaijan’s Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev, APA reports.
According to him, this is carried out gradually.
“There are some schools that the situation is really not gladsome. But at the same time, it is impossible to fix it in a day, it is fixed slowly. 3 out of 4 schools are repaired and in good condition, the best condition in our educational history. During the year about 100 schools are repaired. We try to repair about one or two schools in every region during the year. At the same time schools are repaired by Heydar Aliyev Foundation too. First of all, the largest schools and schools in the worst condition are repaired.”
