"As you know, in accordance with the decision of the Management Board of the Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society, we have decided to send food aid to our Armenian residents living in Khankandi. As a result of this decision, volunteers of our society, including employees and media staff, are here today, near Khankandi in Aghdam territory, and we intend to deliver this humanitarian cargo," Chairman of Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society, Azerbaijani MP Novruz Aslan said in Aghdam, APA's Garabagh correspondent reports
The chairman added that there are regular negotiations with the peacekeeping forces: "Also, our partners are following these processes, and if necessary, they can also join this process. I believe that eventually this issue will be resolved."
