Commissioner for Human Rights of the Republic of Azerbaijan (Ombudsman) Sabina Aliyeva issued a statement on the resolution adopted against Azerbaijan in France's Senate, the Ombudsman office told APA.

The statement reads that the resolution entitled “Applying sanctions against Azerbaijan and demanding its immediate withdrawal from the territory of Armenia, compliance with the ceasefire agreement dated November 9, 2020, and encouraging all initiatives aimed at establishing sustainable peace between the two countries”, adopted in France Senate on November 15, 2022, alongside being biased, out of truth, towards double standards piece of paper, is a clear indicator of the fall of international law, international humanitarian law and international human rights law in the French Republic.
