The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is facilitating the transportation of food, medicine and baby food via the Aghdam-Asgaran-Khankandi and Lachin-Khankandi roads, the dispatch of additional personnel from the organization's Baku and Geneva offices to the sub-office in Khankandi, this was noted in the measures taken by the Working group created for the purpose of solving social, humanitarian, economic and infrastructure issues in the Azerbaijan’s Garabagh starting from September 20, 2023, APA reports.
It was also noted that, based on the request of the ICRC, necessary facilities are given for the evacuation to Armenia for people in the need of medical assistance.
