"I State Program of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the Great Return to the territories freed from the occupation" was approved by the Decree signed by the President Ilham Aliyev on November 16, 2022, said Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov during presentation of report on the activities of the Cabinet of Ministers in 2022, APA reports.
During the past period of the Patriotic War, significant works have been carried out in the direction of the construction of modern living, production and service infrastructure, restoration of economic activity, including transport and communication lines in the territories of Azerbaijan liberated from occupation. By the end of 2023, it is planned to relocate the first group of Lachin residents. Relocating 296 families in the villages of Zabukh and Sus is planned. In recent days, the process of relocating first 20 families in Talish village is being carried out.
