Relocation process to Talish village of Tartar on the next stage of Great Return has started, APA's Karabakh bureau reports.
The families relocated to Talish village, which was liberated from occupation, have reached the village.
The special representative of the President in liberated territories of Azerbaijan (excluding Shusha) Emin Huseynov welcomed the residents.

The next stage of Great Return has been realized in Tartar, APA reports.
Today, in the preliminary stage, 20 families consisting of 90 people are relocating to Talish village.
Families relocated from Baku, Samukh, and Tartar put an end to refugee life for good.
