"Appeals regarding the spread of the virus among children have rapidly increased in recent days. Vomit, diarrhoea, and fever are observed in the majority of children brought to the hospital," the Press service of Clinical Medical Center told APA.
Noted that these diseases spread among children are seasonal and their symptoms belong to rotavirus.
According to a Pediatrician-infectious disease specialist of the Children's Clinical Hospital No.2 under the auspices of the Center Rana Huseynova, rotavirus which is observed as a seasonal disease every year, is rapidly spread: " Symptoms include high fever, vomiting and, in some cases, diarrhea. It is the main reason for the spread of the virus that parents send children to kindergarten, or school when they are ill. Health children also get infected with the virus as a result of contact with ill children. Due to fluid loss, children's condition can quickly worsen. In this case, it is needed to immediately appeal to the doctor".
