"6740 job quotas have been determined for 2021. The quota of job allowances given to foreigners is determined by the commission", Chief of the State Migration Service Vusal Huseynov told journalists, APA reports.
He noted that the commission has held a meeting this year: "Proposal has been presented to the Cabinet of Ministers for the adoption of the relevant decision. I consider that this quota will be increased for the next year. The main reason is related to the large reconstruction works in the liberated territories from the occupation. On this basis, companies involving the area have increased the need for foreign manpower. We expect an increase in this regard for the next year. I tell to the private sector representatives that if they have any concerns regarding the quota, and have any plan for involving the foreign manpower, they may apply to SMS".
