As a result of the attention and care of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Mr. Ilham Aliyev, measures are being taken to improve the social and living conditions as well as to increase the combat readiness of servicemen serving in the Azerbaijan Army, the Defense Ministry told APA.
Deputy Minister Of Defense –Chief Of The Main Department Of Logistics Lieutenant General Nizam Osmanov inspected the newly built modular infrastructure on the state border in the direction of Kalbajar-Lachin.
It was noted that all necessary conditions have been created for the quality organization and conduct of combat duty. There is a dormitory equipped with heating equipment, a weapons room, a dining room, a kitchen, a food warehouse, a Nbath, and laundry facilities. Generators have been installed to provide the area with uninterrupted electricity.
Lieutenant General N. Osmanov conveyed the relevant instructions of the Minister of Defense to the command staff to further increase the combat duty and combat capability of the troops.
