The free passage of civilian vehicles continues on the Khankandi-Lachin road, where the action was held in protest against the illegal exploitation of mineral deposits in the areas under the temporary control of Russian peacekeepers, APA's correspondent assigned to Shusha reports.
Vehicles belonging to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) which went from Khankendi to Lachin in the morning hours returned back. Convoy consisting of 8 passenger cars, 1 truck unimpededly passed to Khankendi. There were Armenian-origin people in the passenger cars.

1 truck and 8 passenger vehicles belonging to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) from Khankandi passed through the action area in the direction of Lachin without any hindrance.
There were also residents of Armenian origin in the vehicles.
