"COVID-19 showed that when health is at risk, everything is at risk," said Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director-General of the World Health Organization while delivering a speech at the Summit of G20 leaders, APA reports.

"The worst health crisis of the century put an end to the lives of 6 million people and damaged trillions of dollars to the trade, tourism, business, education, geopolitics, and other fields. We have passed a long way in our collective fight with COVID-19, but the pandemic is not over yet," noted Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus.

WHO Director-General called on all countries to remain vigilant on priorities to build a healthier, safer, fairer, and more prosperous world.
