He noted that the significant changes have taken place in the region over the past year:
"It was a very successful trip. We visited almost all of Karabakh. We visited Fuzuli, Aghdam, and Zangilan for 3 days and did a lot of construction and restoration work, which is a crucial issue. We also saw the effects of the war, and Azerbaijan's innovations in Karabakh, the smart village as well. It is gratifying for us to see investments in infrastructure.
