About 40 international travelers from more than 20 countries visited Shusha city, APA's Karabakh bureau reports.

The delegation was provided with detailed information about the city of Shusha, its history, and its tourism potential.

At the same time, the guests were informed that religious monuments, including mosques, were exposed to Armenian vandalism during the 30-year occupation.

It was brought to attention that Azerbaijan had started the repair and restoration works in these mosques immediately after the liberation of Shusha from the occupation.

International travelers got acquainted with the statues of Bulbul, Natavan, and Uzeyir Hajibeyov, which were shot by Armenians.

The delegation headed by Charles Veley, the founder of the MTP (Most Traveled People) club of the USA, one of the four largest travel clubs in the world, will leave for Agdam after Shusha.
