The number of hotels and hotel-type establishments, rooms, and beds across the country increased by only 5% in 2021, APA reports citing the State Tourism Agency.
According to the information, there was no noticeable increase in the number of hotels and hotel-type establishments.
"In 2021, the number of hotels and hotel-type establishments in Azerbaijan increased by 5% compared to 2020 and amounted to 685 enterprises. According to the State Statistics Committee, 33% of the hotels and hotel-type establishments located in the country lots to a share of Baku.
