Action plan is prepared on 'Concept of Return' to Western Azerbaijan

"A special action plan is being prepared for the implementation of separate provisions of the Concept of Return document. I think that plan will be approved soon," said Misir Mardanov at the press conference in the Western Azerbaijani Community, APA reports.

Misir Mardanov thanked President Ilham Aliyev on behalf of the community: "It is nonsense for Armenians to avoid peace. I take this opportunity to thank Mr. President on behalf of all members of the Community. Mr. President came and spent his birthday in the building of the community. Since that day, we have been working on the concept of return almost night and day".
