The appeal of the investigative body on issuance of arrest warrant on former head of Shamkir district EP Alimpahsa Mammadov has been reviewed, APA reports.
The appeal has been satisfied in the trial, held with chairmanship of judge Madina Baghirova, an arrest warrant of 4 months has been issued on A. Mammadov.

The presentation of the investigative body on the issuing arrest warrant against A.Mammadov detained by the State Security Service in the district court of Sabail is being considered.
