Remand in custody measure chosen in regard to deputy head of EP and head of department detained together with head of EP of Azerbaijan’s Kurdamir region

The remand in custody measure has been chosen in regard to the first deputy head of Executive Power (EP) of Azerbaijan's Kurdamir region Tacaddin Novruzov and head of the department of EP Natig Kerimov detained together with the head of EP Jeyhun Jafarov, APA reports.

The motion in regard to choosing of remand in custody measure about them submitted by the investigation agency has been considered in the Binagadi District Court.

The motion has been approved and the remand in custody measure has been chosen for 4 months in regard to the both accused persons during the court proceeding held under the chairmanship of judge Farid Amiraliyev.
