Azerbaijan's second President Abulfaz Elchibey's wife, Halima Aliyeva, died in Turkey today,were suffering from cancer, the late Halima Aliyeva's brother, Mirmohsun Mahmudov told APA.
According to him, 67-year-old Halima Aliyeva went to Turkey for surgery and treatment. " Now there is preparation for the delivery of the body to Azerbaijan."

According to him, former Azerbaijani President's wife, Halima Aliyeva died in Turkey.
