Azerbaijan exported 325,1 thousand tons of fruit and vegetable products with the value of $318 million to the foreign countries in January-June of the current year, APA-Economics reports citing State Customs Committee.
The value of fruits and vegetables increased by 41,7 million or 15,1%, while volume grew by 25,4 tons or 8,5% in the reporting period compared with the January-June of the last year.
Note that, exported greengrocery products from Azerbaijan included tomato (129,3 thousand tons), hazelnuts (12,6 thousand tons), apple (39,4 thousand tons), and dates (23,8 thousand tons).
