Azerbaijan's Ministry of Emergencies has saved the life of a resident of Mingachevir, who remained helpless for 10 hours, the Ministry told APA.
Based on the appeal of relatives and neighbors, a rescue team of the Ministry of Emergencies opened a locked door, behind which Mamedov Ramiz Abdullah oglu (born 1955) was found paralyzed. An ambulance team and law enforcement officers were immediately brought to the scene.
The victim was not able to tell anyone about sudden paralysis and lay in his apartment in a helpless state for about 10 hours.
The rescued resident of Mingachevir was immediately hospitalized.
