It is already 3rd day that the personnel of the State Fire Protection Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan have been in Turkey, APA reports.
They are taking part in extinguishing forest fires in Turkey together with their Turkish counterparts.
A member of the delegation to Turkey, firefighter Rashad Heydarov told APA's correspondent sent to Turkey that there are some difficulties in their work due to the weather and mountainous terrain: "The difficulties are mainly due to the hot and windy weather. The stoves we put out can get used again. The management provided us with the necessary equipment. We also express our gratitude to the Turkish people, who are with us every minute. They provide us with water and food. We have shown our unity in these events as well. We are always with brotherly Turkey. This is our duty. On the instructions of Mr. President, we were sent to our brothers by our leadership. Our difficulty is only related to the weather, but we can cope with it. "
